The Men of Honor Social Club traces its roots back to the late 1990s, when cousins Danny and Ed Jones often talked about creating a place to spend time with like-minded men. They envisioned a welcoming environment—somewhere to relax, share a laugh, play a game of darts or cards, and enjoy good company. As life moved forward and responsibilities grew, their circle naturally changed, but the idea never went away: a space built around fellowship, connection, and shared values.
In 2018, that idea began to take shape again in a simple way—a group text among close friends. What started as a place to joke around and stay connected quickly became something more meaningful. It was a space to support one another, talk through challenges, and reflect on family, work, and community. Over time, it became clear how valuable it was for men to have a strong, positive circle around them.
From that foundation, the Men of Honor Social Club was formed with a straightforward mission: to bring men together in fellowship, support our communities, and help guide the next generation.
A key focus of the organization is mentorship and development. Through the Junior Cadet program, young boys are introduced to values like discipline, responsibility, and service. The club also offers scholarships to support young men pursuing education or skilled trades, with special consideration given to those who may have faced additional challenges growing up.
At its core, the Men of Honor Social Club is about building strong relationships, encouraging personal growth, and making a lasting, positive impact in our communities.
If this resonates with you, consider getting involved or supporting the mission.
Your support will help us develop the next generation of men via the Junior Cadet and Men of Honor Scholarship programs.
